This price includes 20 stems (only 3 of which can be dahlia stems...dahlia fields may not be open on all dates, they will predominantly be open in the fall) from our annual fields. We charge $1.50 per extra stem beyond the 20 stems and charge $5.00 for extra dahlia stems beyond the 3.

  • Please only walk in the designated Pick Your Own Field and on the trail only for our pollinator stroll. Please do not wander beyond these areas for your safety.

Pre-Book Your Tickets Online: To ensure everyone has a wonderful on-farm experience and to maintain an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere, we've capped entry numbers. Please pre-book your ticket(s) online in advance. Walk ins will be welcome IF we have room. The flower field is open to the public only on designated u-pick days or
by appointment. If you are a photographer looking to use our fields give
us a call. We'll make an appointment.

On the Day of Your Event: When you arrive, you will be ushered to designated parking spots. From there, follow the signs to our check in area, where we will provide you with flower snips, a vessel and fresh water in which you can create your own bouquet. We will provide you with a quick demo on harvesting so that you get the most out of your picking experience while maintaining the quality of our flower fields. There is a right and wrong way to pick flowers.

What You Need to Bring:

  • A bucket or container to transport your flowers home in so that they do not overheat or wilt. We charge $5.00 for mason jars if you need to take one home.
  • Epipen if you are allergic to bees (If you are severely allergic or your children you are bringing are allergic, you might want to reconsider coming, just in case.  We are an organic farm and there are many bees and other pollinators. We are not liable for anyone who comes on the farm and is hurt or has an allergic reaction.
  • Appropriate footwear and clothing...This is a working farm, not a manicured park. The ground can at times be rough or uneven in spots. You may even encounter mud, depending on the weather. We will try our best to meet any needs you may have, kindly just give us a heads up.

  • For your comfort, you may want to bring sun protection, water bottles, most folks hang around for an hour or so. Please refrain from eating on our farm. There are a lot of bees and other pollinators that also will want to come after your snacks and we want it to be safe for everyone. Obviously, if you need to eat for medical reasons you may do so, but please use our designated section and please be careful of the bees!
  • Please refrain from gum, it makes a horrible mess when people try and hide it by spitting it into our fields. We do not want it nor do our soils or the wildlife. There are trashcans in the front near the parking area you can use.

Pets:

  • For food safety regulations and liability reasons, no pets are permitted on the farm property. We kindly enforce a no-pet policy for this property. If you have an assistance animal, please let us know two weeks in advance so we can review the accommodation process and get back to you via email.

Field Etiquette & Picking Rules:

  • Stay on the Paths: Walk only in designated rows to avoid trampling unpicked blooms and young plants.
  • Cut, Don't Pull: Use only provided, sanitized snips. Cut stems deep at a 45° angle, leaving the base of the plant to encourage new growth.
  • Respect Off-Limit Areas: Do not cross into production, wholesale, or private residential zones.
  • Leave No Trace: Trash cans are located at the farm stand. Please help us keep the fields clean and beautiful.
  • No Pets: For the safety of your animals and our crops, pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted for a specific event.
  • No Running on our Property. We smooth out our fields the best we can, but it is not a manicured lawn and can have dips and uneven surfaces.

Safety:

  • Supervise Children: Children must remain with an adult at all times for their safety around sharp tools and bees.
  • All guests assume responsibility (parents also assume responsibility for their children and anyone else under their care while at the farm), for injuries or damages caused by their own actions, nature, wildlife, or with farm equipment while on the farm or in their vehicle at the farm.
  • Bees & Pollinators: You are visiting a working ecosystem. Bees and insects are active in the flowers. Please pick gently and do not disturb the hives
  • Report any injury to a Cedar Edge Floral employee immediately.
  • Only the Pick Your Own Bouquet Field is open for this event. Stay within the marked field only.
  • Parking:  Parking is in a farm field. If by any chance your car gets stuck in the mud, it is your responsibility to have the vehicle towed.

Before purchasing tickets, you will need to agree to our farm waiver.
