Sturdy, straight stems and branching flower clusters. They can be great fresh in bouquets as well as dried for arrangements. Zanzibar has dark green foliage and geometric buds that add more detail to mixed bouquets. They look fantastic with sunflowers! Safflower has fiery orange-and-gold petals that are edible and can be a substitute for saffron.
